Description

Central Regional Health Authority (Central Health) is administering this RFP on behalf of Central Health, Eastern Health, Western Health, and Labrador Grenfell Health to submit proposals for the Provision of Service Contracts for the Inspection, Testing and Emergency Coverage of Automatic Sprinkler Systems for the identified required facilities. This will be in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in this RFP, as well as the Public Procurement Act.

The term of the agreement will be for a contract period of three (3) years with an option to extend for an additional two (2) years. Vendor is required to provide pricing for the three (3) year term and the additional option years.

Awarded contracts for Central and Labrador Grenfell Health will be active starting January 1, 2023. Eastern Health and Western Health’s awarded contracts will be active starting August 1, 2023, with all contracts ending December 31, 2025, with options to extend, as per above.
