Description

Central Regional Health Authority (Central Health) is administering this RFP to submit proposals for the comprehensive renovation of the upper level of Valley Vista in Springdale specifically:

Existing mechanical review and upgrade design
Existing electrical review and upgrade design
Existing architectural review and upgrade design:
1. Eighteen (18) single resident rooms
2. One (1) new tub room complete with toilet facilities
3. One (1) new centralized nursing station
4. One (1) new kitchenette
5. One (1) new printer/stores room
6. One (1) new centralized lounge area
7. Card Access Security Separation Doors as Required
8. Nurse Call System and Wander Guard
9. Elevator Upgrade
10. New Exterior Windows
Commissioning

This will be in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in this RFP, as well as the Public Procurement Act.
