Description

Central Regional Health Authority (Central Health) is administering this open call for bidders to submit proposals for AHU CT X-Ray Upgrades at Central Newfoundland Regional Healthcare Centre in Grand Falls-Windsor, NL. This will be in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in this open call, as well as the Public Procurement Act.

The preferred bidder will be required to enter into an agreement for the provision of the specifications provided.

Bidders are to submit:

1. A signed copy of the Bid/Tender Form document. Vendors must acknowledge that each of the addendums relative to this tender that were posted to the web site have been read
and understood by completing the required section on the Bid/Tender form. Failure to complete this section may result in the bid submission being deemed non-compliant.

2. All other required information where applicable and as specified in the document, may include but not limited to, bid bond, performance bond, COR certification, Proof of liability
insurance, Proof of Registration and Good Standing with Worker’s Compensation Commission, and product literature.
