The Multi-Materials Stewardship Board (MMSB) is a provincial Crown agency responsible for developing, implementing, and managing waste diversion programs in Newfoundland and Labrador, inclusive of a Used Tire Management Program. At this time, MMSB is seeking to establish a single collection and transportation contract for turnkey collection and transportation services for the used tires generated in Newfoundland and Labrador.
