The existing IT change management practice is outdated and is not conducive to modern concepts and methodologies. Furthermore, FSRA will see increased Cybersecurity risk if security considerations are not built into change management and software delivery practice in an automated way. Also, IT will evolve its operational practices to keep them coordinated with changes to the underlying systems that minimize outages and increase reliability.
IT sees an opportunity to improve and optimize its service delivery.
