Bidders must arrive on time and ensure they record their name, title and company name with the Consultant on the “Site Meeting Log”. Failure of a Bidder to so attend and to register for a site visit will
result in such Bidder Bid not being considered and having his Bid returned unopened.

All bidders will be required to follow the Owner’s COVID-19 requirements while within the building, including but not limited to wearing a face covering, that covers the nose, mouth and chin, at all times and maintaining social distancing protocols.

Bidders are to bring the Client Screening form to the Mandatory Walk through.
