The work consists generally of the supplying of all materials, labour and equipment for the replacement of an existing storm sewer with a new 675 mm dia. to 1920x1220 mm storm sewer and replacement of 150/200 mm dia. watermain along portions of Brien Avenue between South Talbot Road and Kimball Drive in the Town of Essex including appurtenances, replacement of service connections, and complete restoration.
