The Town of Essex is offering for sale of surplus land municipally known as 127 Nottingham, Essex, Ontario, and legally described as “LT 105-106 PL 1310 COLCHESTER; TOWN OF ESSEX” being PIN 75190-0222 and shown as “Appendix F – Location Photo” attached hereto. The Land is offered for sale “as is, where is”, without warranty of any kind and is subject to conditions as contained herein. This property is being offered for sale subject to a reserve minimum bid of $225,000 plus applicable Harmonized Sales Tax (H.S.T.) and the relevant Land Transfer Taxes. The successful tenderer will be responsible for all costs of legal representation acting on their behalf.
