Description

The Town of Essex is soliciting the Request for Prequalification (RFPQ) from those individuals or companies with pertinent expertise, capabilities, experience and interested in being considered as pre-qualified bidders to be placed on a roster of service providers for municipal drainage works. The intention of this RFPQ is to obtain responses to determine a short list of qualified bidders that will be eligible to be invited to submit a detailed Request for Quotation by Invitation for municipal drainage works which will be issued by the Town of Essex subsequently.
