EO is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”), for the purpose of addressing EO’s impending requirement for the delivery and distribution of election supplies, computer equipment, and related logistics services to each of the Returning Offices and Satellite Offices throughout the province of Ontario and subsequently the return of the election supplies, official documents and computer equipment to EO’s designated facilities.
We are seeking proposals from qualified suppliers for the provision of a complex, multi-phase, dependable, province-wide delivery system for the upcoming provincial General Election scheduled for June 7, 2018. Specifically the deployment window for all RO/SO sites is May 1-5, 2018, and the reverse logistics for all RO/SO sites will take place from June 25-30, 2018. Your proposal should also address services for any Election Events called during the period between July 2018 and August 2023. This will include the General Election that is scheduled to take place in June 2022.
It is the intention of the management at EO to retain the services of a proponent(s) who will provide trucks and all supporting services and goods, including and not limited to: vehicles, crews, loading equipment, location tracking tools, scheduling tools, contingency mechanisms, reporting tools for Province wide transportation and delivery of EO provided materials fully secure and failure free.
