Description

To help meet its statutory requirements, Election Ontario is issuing this RFP to select a winning Proponent (the “Vendor”) for the purpose of providing a portfolio of Products and Services as required to meet specific requirements for computing Products (“Products”) and Services (“Services”).

The scope of the required Deliverables, as further set out in Section 2 encompasses:

Desktop Products and operating software
Laptop Products and operating software
Printers (Including toner cartridges)
Monitors
Projectors
Scanners
Local Area Networking devices
Accessories

The scope of required Services, including provisioning, configuration, maintenance, support and related Services, as further set out in Section 2 and the Service Specifications Appendix encompasses:

Provisioning Services associated with the provision to Elections Ontario on an as scheduled basis, the requested Products and Services.
Configuration Services associated with the configuration, imaging, testing, packaging and otherwise making ready for Deployment, the provisioned Deliverables.
Storage associated with field computing Products when not deployed in the field and as required to enable rapid deployment in support of events.
Maintenance and support of the Deliverables as deployed.
