Ontario Health Virtual Visits Verification (VVV) and Digital Health Information Exchange (DHIEX)
Objectives

To acquire a customer relationship management (CRM) solution, including but not limited to licenses, maintenance, support and training, configuration, and customization
To optimize workflows and reduce operational costs
To reduce human error risk
To improve virtual care solution vendor experience
Coordination of vendor engagement across all projects and programs with the broader DHIEX (Digital Health Information Exchange) program, inclusive and exclusive of the Virtual Visits Verification (VVV) program
To enable program reporting for both internal and external partners
