This Request for Proposal ("RFP") is an invitation to suppliers (the “Proponents”) to submit proposals for guided, Therapist Assisted, Internet-Based Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (TAiCBT) Support for the Ontario Structured Psychotherapy (OSP) Program.
As part of the Ministry of Health’s commitment to improve access to mental health and addictions services for Ontarians, the Roadmap to Wellness was developed and the Mental Health and Addictions Center of Excellence at Ontario Health was established to support the delivery and implementation of a provincial Mental Health and Addictions (MHA) strategy.
A key component of achieving this strategy is providing coordinated access to mental health services through the implementation of the Ontario Structured Psychotherapy (OSP) program. The Program provides access to evidence-based, short-term, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and related approaches to Ontarians with depression, anxiety, and anxiety-related conditions
Ontario Health is acquiring Therapist Assisted Internet Based Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (TAiCBT) Support services to embed it into the OSP program as additional service offerings for eligible participants.
Notice to all Proponents: Ontario Health strongly urge you to read the document in its entirety so a full understanding of each stage can be absorbed and assessed. There are several key dates and requirements outlined within the RFP.
