Description

Background:
Current State: Ontario Health (OTN) has multiple Prime Rate Interface (PRI) services ending using Cisco 2xxx series routers connected multiple services. These existing services include fax service, Cisco Telco environment and video/voice infrastructure (looking for voice services only) that support inbound and outbound dialing.

Objective
Ontario Health (OH) is looking for a new service to replace it’s existing PRI service. OH is looking to change the PRI configuration with a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) Trunk that will be terminated by a Session Boarder Controller (SBC) located in the AWS cloud in the Canada Central Region. The calls will be split from the SBC to various SIP enabled devices.
Additionally, the procured services should include dialing into various Direct Inward Dialing (DID) and the numbers being routed to different devices configured on-prem and AWS cloud.
