Description

eHealth Ontario requires a Supplier to provide maintenance and support Deliverables for Oracle hardware for its entire organization. Under this RFP, the Supplier understands and acknowledges that eHealth Ontario will not be purchasing Oracle Hardware from the Provider. The Supplier will initially provide Oracle Premier Support Services for the Hardware listed in Appendix C.
Over the Term of the Agreement, eHealth Ontario may require co-terminus maintenance Services for additional hardware not listed in Appendix C. Also, during the Term of the Agreement eHealth Ontario may remove hardware from the list in Appendix C that is no longer being used by eHealth Ontario and receive service credits from the Supplier.
