Description

This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Trend Micro Authorized Integrator/Service Provider as further described in Part 2 - The Deliverables (the “Deliverables"). This RFP is issued by eHealth Ontario.
Background:

eHealth Ontario is committed to ensuring that Cyber Security Services are being delivered effectively throughout the computing environment. eHealth Ontario has standardized on the Trend Micro suite of products (Deep Security, Office Scan and Integrated Web Security Virtual Appliance) to protect its most critical endpoints (production servers). The current Trend Micro deployment needs to be refreshed to a more current level, and the management servers need to be consolidated so that all Trend Micro products can be managed centrally. In addition, migration of endpoint agents to the latest version needs to occur so that the latest features of the product can be leveraged.
