Description

The Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of security system maintenance including but not limited to:

Pelco Sarix HD cameras run with Endura equipment and software as well as;
PremiSYS ID equipment and software (security access software);
Environmental monitoring and replacement parts, as required

The term of the agreement is to be for one year with the possibility to extend for two additional one year periods.
Site Visit
A Mandatory Site visit needs to be scheduled and attended no later February 26, 2019.
Requirements
The proponent is required to provide a proposal for maintenance of eHealth Ontario’s current security system that meets the following requirements, including all replacement parts, with the exclusion of parts listed in Part 2 of the Rate Bid Form (Primary Parts).
The successful proponent will be required to provide the following:

Service, maintenance, parts, labour and warranty for replacement parts, as required, for all existing systems as well as any additional software upgrades, replacement systems and installations procured from the Supplier.

24x7 monitoring of eHealth Ontario’s Environmental System and provide monitoring access to eHealth Ontario designated personnel.

Digital video recording system capable of one (1) year image retention or greater with at minimum requirements of at least 6TB of storage per Endura Digital Video Recorder.

Camera installations, replacements, alignments and service as well as resolution upgrades at existing sites throughout the duration of the contract .

Endura workstation, Juniper boxes, Strikes (Door Strikes), Diester Reader installations, replacements.

Replacement of 12 volt DC batteries (7.OAH), when required.

Perform software updates to the current security access system as well as the CCTV Endura System, with full reporting capabilities and ability to manage biometric enrolments from the same system.
