Description

This Request for Proposal (this "RFP") is issued by Ontario Health as an invitation to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of a provincial clinical viewer solution that can operate on a province-wide scale (the “Services”) , as further described in Part 2 – the Services.

The goal of this RFP is to procure a solution that will replace the three existing provincial clinical viewers that Ontario Health funds and align with Ontario Health’s Quadruple Aim of improving population health outcomes, improving patient experience, improving health care provider experience, and achieving better value.
