Description:       Request for Quotation to renew our RSA Authentication
Manager Enterprise Edition Support and Maintenance from October 1, 2021 to September 30, 2022.

Mandatory Requirements:

*                     Bidders must provide genuine RSA software license
maintenance and support commencing on October 1, 2021 and terminating on September 30, 2022.

*                     Bidder must provide the items outlined in Appendix B
Pricing Table.

*                     Bidders must be authorized resellers of RSA software
licensing maintenance and support in Canada.

*                     Bidders must submit proof of their authorized reseller
status upon submission.
