eHealth Ontario requires a vendor to perform outplacement services. The services that the successful vendor will be responsible for providing will include the following:

Onsite assistance at time of termination.
Assistance with management of change relating to job loss.
Job search strategies.
Workshops regarding resume and cover letters, negotiating skills, networking and interviewing skills.
Financial planning include retirement counselling if appropriate.
Access to potential job leads and networking opportunities.
Unlimited access to a website containing job search resources.
