Description

eHealth Ontario is seeking a Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) software service that is capable of performing HL7 FHIR conformance testing analysis in an efficient and effective manner.

eHealth Ontario is seeking to procure a COTS Software as a Service product for assessing the conformance of internal and external APIs with eHealth Ontario FHIR Implementation Guides. The tool should provide a report to implementers, which clearly identifies the successes and failures of both client-side and server-side APIs in meeting test assertions representing the implementation guide.

The toolset selected will be customizable to the eHealth Ontario's FHIR implementation guides and would perform an automated review and analysis of inbound requests and outbound responses. It shall provide the user with the ability to configure custom test steps and response assertions for eHealth Ontario-specific FHIR-based APIs using a test suite editor and/or via a scripting language (e.g. Groovy, BeanShell). It will allow the user to create and store multiple test suites. Each user must be able to simultaneously execute multiple test sessions against multiple clients/sites/test suites.
