Mandatory Requirements:
•            Proponents must be authorized resellers of Microsemi hardware and Extended Warranty.
•            Proponents must provide new and genuine Microsemi products.
•            Proponents must be able to provide all items listed in Appendix B.
•            Proponents must submit proof of their authorized reseller status upon submission.
