Description

eHealth Ontario is seeking a Commercial of the Shelf "COTS" on premise product/software that is capable of running performance tests in an efficient and effective manner ("Software").

The requirements and functionalities of the Software and support is as follows:
a)           Perpetual commercial off the shelf on-premises floating software licenses
b)           User, Functionality & Configuration Documentation
c)           User Functionality & Configuration Training
d)           Associated support and upgrades and maintenance of the software for two (2) years.

Mandatory Requirements:

*        The Software must support both REST and SOAP Based services and Web Applications and Mobile Application testing. .

*        The Software must currently be used by major organizations worldwide, government and non-government entities.

*        The software must provide scripting and coding support in C/C++, Java and Javascript.

*        The Software must be completely on-premises COTS software

*        The Software must have the ability to perform autocorrelation without creating rules for different frameworks and without the intervention of a test specialist

*        The Software must have the ability to integrate with Jmeter

*        The Software must allow testers to modify the code/scripts generated by the tool and allow for Requests/Responses to be modified for use within code in one step.

*        The Software licenses must be floating license based on the description in the defintions in Section 1.5
