Remedy Licenses, Client Management Software and Maintenance & Support for two years.
Mandatory Requirements:
·       Proponents must be authorized resellers of BMC ITSM Remedy Licenses
·       Proponents must be authorized resellers of BMC Digital Workplace Advanced Licenses
·       Proponents must provide the items outlined in Appendix B
·       Proponent must provide BMC Continuous Support Offering on the list of products for two (2) full years commencing on April 1st, 2021 and ending March 31st, 2023.
·       Proponents must submit proof of their authorized reseller status upon submission.
