Description

To purchase BMC Remedy Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) and Digital Workplace Licenses and BMC Continuous Support for two years.

Mandatory Requirements:

Proponents must be authorized resellers of BMC ITSM Remedy Licenses
Proponents must be authorized resellers of BMC Digital Workplace Advanced Licenses
Proponents must provide the items outlined in Appendix B
Proponent must provide BMC Continuous Support Offering on the list of products for two (2) full years commencing on April 1st, 2020 and ending March 31st, 2022.
Proponents must submit proof of their authorized reseller status upon submission.
