Description

This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is for the procurement of a cloud-based ‘Identity as a Service’ (IDaaS) solution that enables users at healthcare organizations to access health information in systems made available through the ONE ID Federation using SAML-based exchanges. The solution will enable the healthcare organizations to join the ONE ID Federation as Identity Providers and support authentication functions on their behalf. The solution will facilitate the integration between systems at the healthcare organizations and the ONE ID Federation broker, handling SAML requests and responses, the authentication of users, the lookup and retrieval of the data needed for SAML responses and the capture of logs and audit information. The solution will be offered through a subscription model and will be efficient and highly available. The platform and applications will be enhanced and maintained with the latest available technology to keep them current throughout the duration of the subscription.
