     M-1.     Bidder must provide genuine IBM software maintenance and support commencing on March 1, 2022 and terminating on March 1, 2023.
M-2.Bidder must provide the items outlined in Appendix B Pricing Table.
     M-3.    Bidder must be an authorized resellers of IBM software maintenance and support in Canada.
     M-4.     Bidder must submit proof of their authorized reseller status upon submission.
