M-3.Bidder must provide GITLAB Premium Self Managed Subscription & Premium Saas Licenses and Support on the product for up to sixteen (16) months commencing on May 18, 2023 and terminating on October 3, 2024.
M-4.Bidder must submit proof of their authorized reseller status upon submission.
