Description

As a designated employer under Ontario regulation 304/16, Executive Compensation Framework, under the Broader Public Sector Executive Compensation Act, 2014, eHealth Ontario is required to establish an Executive Compensation Program. eHealth Ontario is seeking the assistance of a firm with executive compensation professionals who can provide best-in-class expertise in the areas of executive compensation and benefits and pay-performance alignment.
The successful vendor will be required to work with eHealth Ontario Human Resources to conduct an analysis of comparable organizations, draft an executive compensation program for the Agency, incorporate any relevant public feedback into a final executive compensation program and provide an overview document detailing all public feedback in accordance with the Executive Compensation Framework.
