Description

Ontario Health requires a vendor to provide a suite of privacy advisory and risk management services. The vendor will report to and work with the Ontario Health Privacy Office as well to support the business needs and privacy requirements of the Connected Health Program team.

The Deliverables will include; project schedules, weekly summary and status reports, inputs into a framework for achieving interoperability compliance, Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and privacy advisory services, report on risks and recommendations, advisory and governance services, inputs into and validation of Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario (IPC) complaints process in identifying any compliance gaps, report on risks and recommendations for accountability agreement updates, onboarding agreements reviews, knowledge transfer sessions with Ontario Health team, and, data reporting framework for Virtual Visits Verification.
