M-3Bidder must provide Software Maintenance and Support on the line items in the Pricing Table outlined in Appendix B for one (1) year commencing on March 31, 2022 and terminating on, March 30, 2023.

M-4Bidder must submit proof of their authorized reseller status upon submission.
