Description: To renew annual support and maintenance on our existing BMC Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) software licensing for one year commencing on April 1st, 2018 and terminating on March 31st, 2019.

Mandatory Requirements:

Proponents must submit proof of authorized reseller status upon submission.
Proponents must be authorized resellers of BMC Continuous Support in Canada.
Proponents must provide BMC Continuous Support and maintenance on the list of products for one (1) full year commencing on April 1st, 2018 and terminating on March 31st, 2019.
