Mandatory Requirements:
•             Proponents must be authorized resellers of Cisco hardware/software and the associated Maintenance and Support in Canada.
•             Proponents must be able to provide all items listed in Appendix B.
•             Proponents must provide new and genuine Cisco products
•             Proponents must submit proof of authorized reseller status upon submission.
