LN-T-11-17 - Request for Vendor Qualifications For Leslie Nymark Roads and Services

This Request for Vendor Qualifications (“RFVQ”) is an invitation by Toronto Community Housing Corporation (herein after referred to as “TCHC”) to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with Part 3 – Evaluation of Responses for future eligibility to provide Roads and Services of the redevelopment of Leslie Nymark as further described in Part 2 – The Deliverables (the “Deliverables”).

Leslie Nymark is currently a 100% rent-geared-to income community comprised of 10 blocks of townhouses on approximately 6.5 acres of land.  TCHC has received planning approvals required in order to commence the revitalization of Leslie Nymark.  The revitalization includes the replacement of 115 rental units on site plus an additional 498 units of residential market condominiums.  Deltera will be acting as the construction manager for this revitalization and Counterpoint Engineering the Civil Services Consultant.
