Description

This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by the Toronto Community Housing Corporation (herein after referred to as “TCHC”) to prequalified proponents to submit nonbinding offers for the Elevator.

Leslie Nymark is currently a 100% rent-geared-to income community comprised of 10 blocks of townhouses on approximately 6.5 acres of land. The planning approvals required in order to commence the revitalization of Leslie Nymark have been received. The revitalization includes the replacement of 115 rental units on site plus an additional 498 units of residential market condominiums. The project for the purposes of this RFP includes 1 new midrise building. For the purposes of this project ‘Deltera Contracting Inc.’ is acting as Construction
Manager on behalf of Toronto Community Housing and will be administering the RFP process.

TCHC is the largest social housing provider in Canada and the second largest in North America. It is home to about 164,000 low and moderate-income tenants in 58,500 households, including seniors, families, singles, refugees, recent immigrants to Canada and people with special needs. Deadline.
