The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to remove and replace existing roof system of radar tower at Holberg Radar Station.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $315,000
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than August 25, 2023 and must be completed no later than September 15, 2023. See Amendment No. 1 for additional milestone dates.
As per Acknowledgement Document, Item 7 – Bidders are advised that it is understood and agreed that in the event of their Tender being accepted within 30 (thirty) calendar days of the date and time stated for closing of tenders and their failing or refusing to carry out the contract in accordance with the terms of their Tender, their bid security, if required by the tender, (i) if in the form of a wire transfer, shall be forfeited to His Majesty the King in Right of Canada, or (ii) if in the form of a Bid Bond, the Bonding Company shall be liable in accordance with the Bond.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) level clearance, issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
