The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to provide general maintenance and construction services on an "as and when" required basis for DND properties in Interior, British Columbia.

The estimated value for this opportunity is in the order of $150,000 with the potential to be increased by up to an additional $300,000 (total potential value is $450,000), if all optional extensions are utilized.
The initial period of services is one (1) year from award of the contract. The SOA can be extended for two (2) additional one (1) year period, if mutually agreed.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid DESIGNATED ORGANIZATIONAL SCREENING (DOS) at the level of Reliability, issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
