Defence Construction Canada – Invitation to tender (ITT) for Laboratory, soil and materials engineering, geoenvironmental and building science services, Montreal Garrison, St-Hubert Garrison and Satellite Site.
English Description:
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location(s) mentioned above.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the ITT.
The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the ITT Documents.
The SOA will be for a period of one (1) year with a maximum estimated value of $ 150,000.00. This SOA may be extended for up to two (2) additional one-year periods and by $150,000.00 for each additional period. Commissions under the SOA are expected to be valued between $ 5,000.00 and $ 150,000.00; the maximum value of a commission is $ 25,000.00. Refer to the RFAP document for additional information.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
