Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for Expert Services in Surface Water and Groundwater Sampling at the Valcartier Garrison, DRDC Valcartier and other locations in the Quebec Region included in Project No. VR992304.
English Description:
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish a Standing Offer (SO) to provide “as and when required” professional services for surface water and groundwater sampling specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for locations mentioned above.
The Consultant will be required to provide “as and when required” services in support of surface water, groundwater and stormwater effluent sampling projects.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP.
The SO will be for a period of one (1) year with a maximum estimated value of $1,000,000.00. Commissions under the SO are expected to be valued between $20,000.00 and $240,000.00; the maximum value of a commission under the SO is $375,000.00. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SO may be extended for up to three (3) additional one (1)-year periods and increased in the order of $3,000,000.00 for the duration of the Source List and at the sole discretion of DCC. The maximum total value of all commissions under the SO is $4,000.000.00, and the maximum duration of the SO is four (4) years. Refer to the RFAP document for additional information.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
