Remediation of BAR-B Beach Refueling Area
DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – NRE22BB – Remediation of BAR-B Beach Refueling Area, Stokes Point, Yukon
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision, and equipment necessary to remove contaminated soils associated with Hydrocarbon from Former Beach Refueling Area (BRA) at the BAR-B North Warning System (NWS) site.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP). The objective of this RFAP is to select the Proponent with the highest total score.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $25,100,000.
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than September 15, 2026, and must be completed no later than November 30, 2026.
A site visit will not be offered during this solicitation.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA).
