Defence Construction Canada – Request for Proposals (RFP) Design and Construction Services: VR000105, Heliport tarmac retrofit and expansion and retrofit of the heliport lighting system at CFB Valcartier, CFB Valcartier, Québec
In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from firms to provide the following services: Supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to carrying out critical repairs to the tarmac and electrical system of the CFB Valcartier heliport.
Information provided by the Bidders will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFP. The objective of this RFAP is to select the contractor with the highest total score.
The estimated construction cost of this project is in the order of magnitude of $3 460 000.00.
A site visit will be arranged. The site visit date, time and location will be confirmed by amendment. It is highly recommended that bidders attend this visit.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
