Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for proposals from consulting firms to establish a Source List (SL) to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements at various locations across Canada, excluding Nunavut.
The purpose of this tool is to further support DND in meeting their Greening Government Strategy commitments and policy requirements. This tool will be limited to Net Zero Carbon studies and Energy Management Services.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFP.
The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFP Documents.
The objective of this RFP is to select two (2) Consultants, who will be placed on a SL managed by DCC to provide Services “as and when required” to a total maximum estimated value of $3,000,000.00, for a period of two (2) years from the date of establishment of the SL.
If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SL may be extended for up to three (3) additional one (1)-year periods and may be increased in the order of $4,000,000.00 at any time during the term of the SL, and at DCC’s sole discretion.
For greater certainty, the total maximum value of all commissions under the SL is $7,000,000.00 and the total maximum term of the SL is five (5) years.
Individual commissions under the SL are expected to be valued above $350,000.00. However, there is no minimum commission value.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
Proponents can obtain contract award results from the DCC Website at Contract Activity - Defence Construction Canada (dcc-cdc.gc.ca)
