Defence Construction Canada – Request for Proposals (RFP) for Inspection, Testing and Minor Repair (ITM) Services of various systems, primarily Mechanical and Electrical Systems:
Project No ES23SC1, CFS Leitrim, Masset, British Columbia
In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Proposals from firms to establish a Service Contract to provide regular/frequent inspection of transformers, generators, UPS systems, HVAC and Refrigeration units, plumbing systems, and general facilities infrastructure maintenance, specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements at CFS Leitrim, Masset, British Columbia.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFP. The objective of this RFP is to select the proponent with the highest total score.
The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFP Documents.
The ITM service contract will be for a period from April 8, 2024 through April 7, 2027. If mutually agreeable between the Contractor and DCC, the contract may be extended for up to two (2) additional three (3) year periods. Refer to the RFP document for additional information.
A site visit has been arranged for this opportunity, details of the site visit are available at Item 1.7 Site Visit, of the RFP.
The estimated value of this opportunity (including all possible extension periods) is in the order of $1,800,000.
