DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. CXE22031_77864 – Hazmat Abatement & Testing Services, Standing Offer Agreement, 19 Wing CFB Comox, Lazo, BC
Work under this Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) includes the provision of skilled licensed labour, tools, equipment, supervision and qualified field sampling and testing, as requested by Defence Construction Canada (DCC) or the Department of National Defence (DND) in the form of call ups for Hazmat Abatement & Testing services in support of energy performance upgrades and improvements at 19 Wing CFB Comox.

The estimated value for this opportunity is in the order of $150,000 for the initial term. Two additional one-year extension opportunities exist, for an estimated overall opportunity of $450,000 if fully extended.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) at the level of RELIABILITY, issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
