DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project HAXED43 – Furnace and Hot Water Tank Replacement SOA
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for furnace and hot water tank replacement at Residential Housing Units at CFB Edmonton, Alberta.

Bids from bidders whose name does not appear on the official list of bidders who ordered the tender documents, may be declared invalid.
NOTE: There is no scheduled site visit for this opportunity. Residential housing units (RHUs) are currently occupied.
Bidders wishing to visit the site may request a site visit by contacting DCC Contracting Authority mentioned above. At the discretion of DCC, a site visit may be arranged if possible.
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than March 30th, 2023 and must be completed no later March 31st, 2023.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $192,500.00 and includes an option to extend for two additional one year-periods and an increase up to a maximum of $577,500.00 at any time during the duration of the Standing Offer Agreement.
