DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project HAXMJ01 - Annual Residential Inspections 15 Wing Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to provide annual inspection service, and cleaning of residential gas-fired forced air heating units, boilers, air conditioners, water heaters, heat recovery ventilators, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, natural gas fireplaces, back water valves, and sump pumps located at Bushell Park, 15 Wing Moose Jaw, SK.
Tenderers are advised that bid security is required for this opportunity. Refer to the Instructions to Tenderers (Form DCL193E), Paragraph 5.

Bids from bidders whose names do not appear on the list of bidders who ordered the tender documents may be declared invalid.
The Work must be completed no later than March 01, 2024 after notification of contract award, with an option to extend for one (1) additional one (1) year period under the same terms and conditions, by mutual consent.
As per Acknowledgement Document, Item 7 – Bidders are advised that it is understood and agreed that in the event of their Tender being accepted within 30 (thirty) calendar days of the date and time stated for closing of tenders and their failing or refusing to carry out the contract in accordance with the terms of their Tender, their bid security, if required by the tender, (i) if in the form of a wire transfer, shall be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada, or (ii) if in the form of a Bid Bond, the Bonding Company shall be liable in accordance with the Bond.
NOTE: There is no site visit scheduled for this opportunity.
