The work includes, but is not limited to, the provision of labor, material, supervision and necessary equipment to construct a new 15,500 m2 hotel-style accommodation building at CFB Borden.
This project contains security requirements. The selected contractor must permanently hold, during the execution of the standing offer, a certificate of designated organization verification (VOD) in force, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) of Public Works and Services. governments Canada (PWGSC). Details on the security requirements for this project are identified in the tender documents.

NOTE: There is no scheduled site visit for this opportunity. The site is located in an area accessible to the public and can be viewed at any time. The estimated cost for this work is in the order of $ 49,000,000.00 The work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 917 calendar days from notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 91 calendar days after the substantial completion date.
This procurement is performed in accordance with the requirements set out in Chapter Five of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (FTA), Chapter Ten of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Economic Agreement and Global Trade (CETA) Canada-European Union and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP).
