DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – KN21SOA4_CN76476_Rock Crushing and Tub Grinding – Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) – Kingston, Ontario
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to establish a Standing Offer Agreement for concrete and asphalt crushing and tub grinding at CFB Kingston on an as needed basis. This is in support of ongoing projects on the base. Material is to be piled in the back training area, call ups will be made as the material accumulates that will in turn make room for accepting more material (concrete, asphalt, wood products - example tree stumps).
DCC is committed to working with all Contractors as we progress through the pandemic. Please be advised that DND has updated their building access procedures with a new CFB Kingston Covid-19 Screening Questionnaire to be reviewed for self-screening prior to entering any building at CFB Kingston, including the Royal Military College, Kingston Armoury and Brockville Armoury. All contractors and their staff must follow the posted requirements to enter the CFB Kingston base buildings. In particular starting on November 15, 2021, all contractor/consultant personnel, including employees of sub-contractors/sub-consultants at all tiers, who require access to federal government worksites, which includes any outdoor, or partially outdoor workplaces, in order to perform Work/Services for the Government of Canada must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $180,000 for the initial term (from date of award through to March 31, 2024). Two additional one-year extension opportunities exist, for an estimated overall opportunity of $330,000 if fully extended.
