DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – HAVNB80_74386 – Minor Recap of Residential Housing Units – North Bay, Ontario
Work for this project comprises the renovation of 6 Residential Housing Units (RHUs) type CC/JJ/KK with gross floor area between 90m2 and 125m2 each, located in the residential housing site of 22 Wing North Bay. The units are either 1.5 or 2 storeys. The general scope of the project will include interior renovations to the kitchen/dining room, living room, bedrooms, including the addition of a powder room. It also includes removal of hazardous materials, drywall replacement, and upgrades to insulation, mechanical and electrical systems..

The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 217 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 21 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
