DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – PA055097_74233 – Industrial Electrical Mechanical Services – Standing Offer Agreement (SOA)
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to provide Industrial Electrical and Mechanical Services in support of electrical and mechanical repairs at Garrison Petawawa. Services are to be provided on an “as and when requested basis”. Generally this will involve typical industrial, electrical and mechanical construction and repair actions along with maintenance and minor mechanical renovation services. Building types include hangars, general office complexes, churches, living quarters, classrooms, training facilities, industrial and technical workshops, equipment and vehicle maintenance facilities, supply and storage warehouses and other military facilities.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $150,000.00 for the initial one year term. Extension opportunities exist for one additional 1-year period. The estimated overall value of this opportunity, if fully extended is $300,000.00.
Selected contractor(s) will be required to hold a valid Designated Organizational Screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
